If you have having problems playing your DVD or Blu-ray disc, please ensure you have taken the following steps before contacting us for a replacement:

  1. Try the disc in another player.
  2. Make sure that the underside of the disc is clean and free from fingerprints and other marks such as food or drink stains.
  3. To clean - breathe gently on the disc and wipe with a soft cloth (like cleaning a pair of glasses or vinyl records).
  4. Try to play the disc again, if the problem still persists, please contact us for a replacement.
