Euro Hotspots: Grafen-Neudorf The first ‘Hotspot’ footage looks at the services passing through the South West German town of Grafen-Neudorf, witnessing varied traffic from local suburban services to the high speed ICE trains.

Dijon Yard: We take a detailed look at operations within the massive Dijon Yard located in Eastern France. Diesels & Electrics both feature on all manner of interesting freight traffic.

Saalfeld Area Profile: Our visit to the Saalfeld area (in 1996) coincides with the recent Plandampf (timetabled regular steam workings) featuring Steam class 01, 18, 44 & 50. Electric classes featured are 103s, 112s, 150 & 155 & Diesel classes 219 & 232.

Euro Hotspots: Basel Northern Switzerland is the location for the second ‘Hotspot’ with footage of a variety of workings featuring SBB classes, Re420, Re430, Re460, Re620 and BLS class Re425.
