Farewell in the Valleys

The Class 37s have always been closely associated with South Wales. In recent years they’ve worked the networks last diesel hauled passenger service to Rhymney.

In this programme we explore these workings, and in addition take a look back to the 1980s and Class 37 traction on freight and passenger traffic.
