How to place an order1 Select the DVDs you want to buy from the various sections, (eg New Releases). Each section gives pictures and short descriptions, press the “BUY/GET INFO” button next to an item to get more detailed information.
Pressing the “ADD TO BASKET” button at the end of the detailed information puts the item in your shopping basket. (At the top right of the screen it tells you how many items are in your basket and how much the order total is).
2 When you have chosen all the DVDs you want, click on "Basket / Go to checkout" in the top right hand corner of the screen. In 'checkout' you will see a summary of the items ordered - choose which delivery service you require and give details of your address and any delivery address. Please remember to fill in all the boxes that have stars by them. Make sure the email address you give is correct or you will not be able to receive confirmation of your order or payment.
When you are quite satisfied with your order go to the bottom of the screen and press the “SEND ORDER” button which will take you to the secure payment section. You can also choose to print the order page (you will get an e-mail confirming your order and giving you all the items/costs etc anyway) or to clear the details you have entered if you are not happy that the information given is correct.
3 On the secure payment page, enter your details as requested following the instructions on the page.
