Terms and Conditions
About Us: Transport Video Publishing the original Railway Video publishing company, started in 1985 and still Britain's leading railway programme publisher.
UK Delivery:All our prices include delivery by 2nd class Packet Post. Should you require 1st Class or Special Delivery, these can be arranged, but at an extra cost. Orders are normally processed and posted within 24 hours, but please bear with us at busy times when delivery may be 7 to 10 days.
Overseas Ordering, Delivery and Handling:If you are ordering for delivery outside Europe, we will deduct the 17.5% VAT (included in all prices shown on this website).
There will be additional delivery costs for all orders outside of the UK.
Privacy Policy:We will never disclose your details to a third party without your permission. But please include a daytime phone number in case of query.
Faulty Goods:In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately by phone or email and we will arrange replacement.
Payment:We accept payment by most major debit and credit cards, however we regret we do not accept American Express or Solo cards.
VHS:Most of our titles are still available on VHS tapes, please contact us for further information.
